We acknowledge that we work and reside in Treaty 7 Territory, the home and traditional lands of the BlackfootConfederacy (Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai), the Tsuut’ina Nation and Stoney-Nakoda Nations (Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney), and the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3. We also operate primarily in the Battle River Territory of the Métis Nation within Alberta in District 5, the Calgary Nose Hill Métis District, and travel throughout Alberta to other Districts and Territories recognized under the Otipemisiwak Métis Government Constitution. Our clean drinking water comes from the Bow and Elbow rivers and is processed at the Bearspaw plant on the land of the Stoney-Nakoda Nation and other Peoples of Treaty 7. Though our work takes place virtually across the world, we acknowledge and thank the Indigenous Peoples of all lands and are committed to fostering relationships with Indigenous Peoples and their communities. We encourage all visitors to our website to learn about the Indigenous Peoples whose traditional lands they reside on, and to support their communities and local initiatives.
In the spirit of inclusivity and progress, we recognize that the IT industry has historically been viewed as an 'Old Boys' club.' We are committed to changing that narrative by embracing diversity and promoting equality. Our company welcomes collaboration with individuals from all cultural backgrounds, races, and gender identities. We believe that innovation thrives in a diverse environment, and we are dedicated to creating a welcoming space for everyone to contribute, learn, and grow.
